Even the best tool with the best set of features will be useless if you don’t know how to use it.
As we know that we invite you to visit periodically the “Knowledge Base & Troubleshooting” area within Embroidery Office Service Center (EOSC), the exclusive site for users of Embroidery Office.
There you will find a set of tools that will help you to get the most from your embroidery design, edition and administration system.
This area is divided in four sections:
“Knowledge Base”, where you will find a series of articles with detailed instructions on how to get the best results with the tools you have in the software.
“Troubleshooting”, where you will find the answers to most of the usually questions that arise when using the program.
“Manual & Documents”, where we publish general documentation and the last available version of the products manual.
“Digitizing Articles”, where you can see and download the articles of the “Art of Embroidery” series, updated to version 8, with actual designs that were digitized in Sierra software, using various techniques to achieve unique embroidery effects, revealing the secrets the pros use.
